Lindsay Hubbard doesn’t focus on her past.
The “Summer House” star said she doesn’t care what her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, thinks about her pregnancy in a new interview published Saturday.
“That relationship is in the past and I can’t really focus on the past anymore because I’m so focused on my present and my future,” she told People.
“And to be honest, his emotions are no longer my responsibility. It’s just not my problem anymore.”
She also suspected that he would tell her exciting news to the “rest of the world” because she didn’t “call him up and have a conversation with him about it.”
Hubbard, 37, surprised fans on July 4 when she announced that she and her mystery boyfriend were expecting their first child, after less than a year of dating.
“I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it! 💫,” she wrote alongside several Instagram photos showing off her growing baby bump. “My boyfriend and I are beyond excited to welcome our little #HubbCub in the 2024 holiday season!!”
In another chat, published by People, the expectant mother admitted that the pregnancy was not planned.
“It was a surprise and a shock at first because we weren’t trying or even planning it, but we had some honest conversations and it just felt so right for both of us,” she reflected.
“We have a very loving, caring and healthy relationship. I finally feel like I have found my match in him.”
“He’s just so excited to be a dad and proud to have a child with me,” she continued. “It just means the world to have someone like him by my side.”
The Hubb House owner previously revealed that she has a long history with her baby’s father, which predates her relationship with Radke, 39.
“I actually met him three and a half years ago and started dating him,” she said on the “Bitch Bible” podcast in May.
“He was trying to figure out his career path, and it was just bad timing for him,” she recalls. “It was just the holidays, bad timing for me. I was in a weird situation at the time, and so he broke things off with me.”
She added: “Some of my friends call it a boomerang: you go out the first time, the timing wasn’t right, and then they come back, so that’s basically what happened.”
Hubbard and Radke, meanwhile, had an affair in the early seasons of “Summer House,” but didn’t make it official until 2021.
He proposed to her in August 2022, but they separated the following year.
