As if Rachel Leviss’ revenge porn case against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix wasn’t enough to be immersed in the filth of Vanderpump Rules‘ Scandoval, now Sandoval has turned his legal wrath on his ex-girlfriend Madix.
In an apparent counterclaim for coverage as Leviss’ lawsuit, filed in February, heads toward a jury trial next year, Sandoval is suing Madix over the highly sexualized images of Leviss that were revealed on Season 10 of the Bravo reality show. The now-apparently estranged ex-couple are now battling over whether Madix “copied” and “distributed” the video of Leviss masturbating that was found on Sandoval’s phone after the two had an affair.
“On or about March 1, 2023, Defendant MADIX accessed the cell phone of Defendant SANDOVAL and viewed images, information, data, videos and/or communications (“DATA”), including, but not limited to, Facetime videos between LEVISS and SANDOVAL without SANDOVAL’s consent or permission,” alleges the comparative indemnity and invasion of privacy complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 16. “SANDOVAL is informed, believes and alleges that MADIX made copies of the DATA and distributed the DATA to LEVISS and third parties without SANDOVAL’s consent or permission,” according to the eight-page document filed by attorneys with the Geragos Law Group and the Gourjian Law Group.
It should be noted that what Sandoval is accusing Madix of here is almost exactly the same thing Leviss is accusing the duo of in her own lawsuit.

In response to yesterday’s filing, Madix’s attorney called him the “most hated man in America,” News Earlier this year, Sandoval accused him of emotionally abusing his partner of nearly a decade.
“It is appalling that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix,” Jordon Susman told Deadline on Wednesday.
“From engaging in an illicit affair that destroyed her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further evade personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional well-being,” the attorney added. “Mr. Sandoval knows full well the type of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared with respect to their personal communication devices. If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for anyone to discover that their spouse or partner was having an affair.”
“For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his misconduct speaks for itself,” Susan continues. “Even months after the New York Times Mr. Sandoval has clearly learned nothing and finds it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a futile attempt to repair his image.”
“Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and reject his frivolous claims.”
Sandoval’s attorneys did not respond to a request for comment. Leviss’s legal team, led by Bryan Freedman, also had nothing to say for the first time. This post will be updated if either party comes forward.
Until then, Leviss’ trial against Sandoval and Madix, on charges of revenge porn, wiretapping and invasion of privacy, is currently scheduled for November 3, 2025. Whether or not the case is stayed, Vanderpump Rules No one suspects that Andy Cohen will be back by then to cause even more Scandoval fallout.
