The plaintiffs allege that it took Chris 30 minutes to get into the VIP area. They got tired of waiting and started to make their way out…but not without saying goodbye to the guest of honor.

According to the lawsuit, Bush claims he cheered Chris up, congratulated him on a good show and received appreciation from the “Under The Influence” artist.

Bush claims that a member of Brown’s entourage yelled loudly, “Man, don’t you remember y’all had a fight?” and claims Chris responded, “Oh yeah, we did. What’s up, n****? I don’t forget sh*t” and verbally ordered his crew to punch Bush.

In documents, Bush claims he was surrounded by 7-10 of Chris’s comrades who punched and kicked him. He also claims an entourage member known as Cap boss threw a chair at his head.

The plaintiffs also allege that Chris Yella sent Beezy and co. to “screw” Parker by chasing him up a dead-end staircase with a locked door.

Parker says he was punched and kicked in the head for more than 10 minutes after Chris encouraged all of his companions to join in.

All four men say they were seriously injured and had to undergo various medical treatments. Their lawyer Tony Buzbee says that at least one of them is still in the hospital and that he wants to take CB to court.

In addition to the $50 million in damages, the plaintiffs have also filed for a restraining order against Chris, Beezy and Sinko Ceej.

We have reached out to Chris and Beezy’s camp but have not heard back yet.
